B: I want to make a text like this. Can you instruct me?
A: OK. First, type all the text. To create a title like this, select insert from the menu bar. Then, choose word art.
B: Like this?
A: Right. Choose the type of word art that you want. To adjust text’s color, you need to use the mouse to select all the text.
B: Ok. What’s next?
A: Right. Then look up on the menu bar, choose an “A” with color. Choose a suitable color for your text.
B: Ok. I’ve done that now. How to insert a picture like that?
A: To do that, first choose insert on the menu bar again. Then select picture and you’ll see a drop-down menu with different options. Select from file and you’ll get a dialog box.
B: Is that right?
A: Right. Now you navigate your hard drive’s contents and picture you want and click insert.
B: It’s great. Here it is.
A: Then, to adjust size and other properties, right-click the mouse and select format picture. To highline the word “penguins”, select the word and choose a “U” on the menu bar. And that is all you have to do.
